The origin of Waccamaw Transport dates back to 1939 with roots in Clinton and Elizabethtown, North Carolina. The 75-year-old company is owned by the Clark family—the estate of the late Manly and brothers David, Giles and Rogers, who has held the title of president and CEO for more than 35 years. Annually, Waccamaw delivers approximately 35,000 truckloads of petroleum products, liquefied propane, jet fuel, and fertilizer solutions. With the home office located in Selma, NC, Waccamaw system coverage extends primarily throughout the Carolinas and Virginia.
